Job summary

Berkowits Hair & Skin Clinic is seeking a Branch/Clinic Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional patient experience, and drive revenue growth across a multi-clinic network in India. You will guide a team of front desk, technicians, counselors, and doctors, ensuring adherence to SOPs and policies.

The role requires strong consultative sales, in-house experience in skin/hair aesthetics, and English proficiency. Six-day weeks, salary 5.40–6.60 LPA, with on-site operations.

Qualifications

• Good in English with strong communication skills.
• Background in Skin, Hair, Laser or Aesthetic treatments preferred.
• Experience in in-house sales, consultation and business development mandatory.
• Strong consultation skills across all aesthetic treatments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinic operations to ensure smooth patient experience and revenue growth.
• Lead and mentor team; conduct Morning Briefing Meetings and training.
• Drive clinic revenue through effective consultations and service recommendations.
• Monitor scheduling, billing, stock, and MIS with adherence to policies.
• Handle escalations and maintain hygiene, equipment, and ambience.
