Ventura TRAVEL seeks a French-speaking Philippines Tour Conductor to lead groups of 4–12 travelers on multi-week itineraries across the Philippines. You’ll stay with the group as host and company representative, sharing insights and ensuring an memorable experience.

The role requires strong French language skills, a valid Philippine Tour Guide license, and deep knowledge of Philippine history, culture and current affairs. A positive, adaptable demeanor is essential for this international team.

Responsibilities

• Lead a group of travelers (4–12) on a 2–3 week all-country trip and stay with the group as host and representative of the company.
• Provide clear information about the places we visit and convey your enthusiasm for this fascinating country.
• Be the first personal contact for our customers in case of any problem during the trip.
• Ensure the safety of our travelers and operate a smooth tour.
• In some cases, manage company's cash payment with local partners.
• Help monitor that services delivered by our partners meet our quality, safety, and sustainability standards.
• Simply having a good time and sharing it with people from German-speaking countries.

As our French Speaking - Philippines Tour Conductor (Tour Guide), you will act as the main guide that leads a group of 4–12 travelers throughout the Philippines from Luzon to Borocay. You will accompany our clients in their dream of discovering Philippines, as well as making their trip an unforgettable lifetime experience!

On daily basis you will

• Be the leader of the trip: you will lead a group of travelers (small size 4–12 persons) to a 2–3 weeks all-country trip and stay with the group as a host of the trip and the representative of our company.
• Provide clear information about the places we visit and conveying your enthusiasm for this fascinating country.
• Be the first personal contact for our customers in case of any problem during the trip.
• Ensure the safety of our travelers and operating a smooth tour.
• In some cases, manage company's cash payment with the local partners.
• Help monitor that the services delivered by our partners meet our quality, safety, and sustainable standards.
• Simply having a good time and sharing it with people from German-speaking countries!

Basics you bring along

• Advanced knowledge of the French Language for communication with clients.
• A Philippines national with an official Tour Guide license. (All country license)
• Extensive knowledge of history, traditions, daily life, and current matters in the Philippines.
• Good Knowledge of German culture and current matters.
