Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of the French Language for communication with clients.
• A Philippines national with an official Tour Guide license.
• Extensive knowledge of history, traditions, daily life, and current matters in the Philippines.
• Good knowledge of German culture and current matters.
• You treat clients as friends and maintain composure under stress, offering flexible solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead a group of travelers (4–12) on a 2–3 week all-country trip and stay with the group as host and representative of the company.
• Provide clear information about the places we visit and convey your enthusiasm for this fascinating country.
• Be the first personal contact for our customers in case of any problem during the trip.
• Ensure the safety of our travelers and operate a smooth tour.
• In some cases, manage company's cash payment with local partners.
• Help monitor that services delivered by our partners meet our quality, safety, and sustainability standards.
• Simply having a good time and sharing it with people from German-speaking countries.
