Job Description
- Conduct guided tours and provide engaging information about attractions, landmarks, or destinations.
- Answer questions and address concerns from tourists professionally.
- Ensure the safety and satisfaction of the group during the tour.
- Coordinate with transportation and other service providers for smooth tour operations.
- Research and update knowledge about historical, cultural, and natural sites.
- Manage schedules and keep tours on time.
- Promote respect for local culture, environment, and regulations.
- High school graduate; a degree in Tourism, History, or related fields is an advantage.
- Proven experience as a tour guide or in customer service is preferred.
- Strong communication and storytelling skills in English and Filipino (additional languages are a plus).
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to manage diverse groups.
- Physically fit and able to walk or stand for extended periods.
- Knowledgeable about local attractions and cultural heritage.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
