Job summary

Vestas is seeking a Procurement Administrator (French Speaker) based in Pasay or Chennai. You will execute operational buying activities, create non-catalogue POs in SAP, and ensure adherence to procurement policies and SLAs while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree holder with relevant procurement knowledge.
• 3–5 years experience in buying/process/procurement or supply chain.
• Proficient in SAP PE1 and SAP procurement reports.
• Strong English communication and French language skills.
• Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Create non/catalogue PO through SAP and other systems.
• Ensure POs comply with procurement policy and SLA.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve PO maintenance issues quickly.
• Support Accounts Payable with invoice handling and escalation where needed.
• Provide high-quality customer service to vendors and internal teams.
