Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in the Philippines is seeking a logistics coordinator to support warehouse operations, inbound/outbound system transactions, and reporting. You will ensure accuracy of receipts, orders, and shipments, while coordinating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and maintain SLA compliance.

The role requires at least 1 year in warehouse operations, familiarity with WMS/ERP systems, and strong Excel skills. On-site work in Liloan, Cebu City with rotating shifts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any course.
• At least 1 year of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, inventory management, or supply chain systems.
• Experience with WMS/ERP systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process inbound receipts and validate against quantity in the WMS.
• Process customer orders and perform outbound picking, packing, and dispatch.
• Generate and analyze operational reports on inbound, outbound, and inventory activities.
• Coordinate with Customer Service, Operations, Inventory, and IT to resolve system issues and ensure compliance.
