Complete Development (CoDev) in Cebu City seeks a Freight Forwarding Specialist to act as a key liaison between sales, operations, shipping lines, and logistics partners. You will resolve shipping issues, manage delays at terminals, and support accurate export documentation.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with ocean carrier websites, USDA portals, and AES portals, along with a strong理解 of freight forwarding operations, international shipping processes, and compliance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain management
• Hands-on ocean shipping carrier website experience
• Experience using USDA portals for shipping, inspection, and documentation
• Hands-on AES portal experience for export filing
• Strong knowledge of export documentation, customs procedures, and international shipping processes
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field preferred but not required
• Certifications such as IATA/FIATA or Customs Broker are a plus but not required

Responsabilités

• Work with shipping lines, ports, and terminals to resolve cargo landing issues
• Use ocean shipping carrier websites for shipment coordination, tracking, and booking
• Troubleshoot shipment delays, clearance issues, and bottlenecks
• Coordinate with customs brokers, carriers, and warehouse teams to streamline operations
• Monitor shipment movements and address disruptions in the supply chain
• Ensure accuracy of shipment information and documentation
• Resolve documentation discrepancies with relevant parties
• Support sales team in understanding client needs and providing logistics solutions
• Negotiate freight rates and terms with carriers, vendors, and port authorities
