Qualifications

• 2-4 years of trucking, freight brokerage experience with basic knowledge of the trucking industries.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate transportation of goods and assign loads to drivers.
• Monitor shipments start to finish and provide updates to customers.
• Negotiate rates with carriers and prepare delivery/pickup documents.
• Answer calls and escalate to on-call manager for assistance.
