Job summary

ConnectOS is seeking a skilled paraplanner with Australian financial planning experience to join our team in the Philippines. You will craft audit-ready SOAs/ROAs, turn strategies into client-friendly narratives, and collaborate across advice and ops to support colleagues and ensure compliance.

Strong data accuracy and platform proficiency are essential, with excellent English communication. RG146 is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in Australian financial planning/paraplanning.
• Proficiency with financial platforms and Excel/Sheets.
• Impeccable data accuracy and record-keeping.
• Team player with proactive approach and KPI deadlines.
• RG146 certification preferred.
• Excellent written English.

Responsibilities

• Craft audit-ready SOAs/ROAs with accurate calculations.
• Turn strategy into client-friendly narratives that meet AU compliance and disclosure standards.
• Call providers to verify fees/features and disclose precisely.
• Compare platforms; document fee/feature/performance rationale.
• Collaborate across advice and operations to help teammates and close loops fast.
• Maintain templates/SOPs to lift first-pass rate and reduce TAT.
