First Circle in the Philippines is seeking a Head of Fraud and Risk to lead strategy and execution across fraud, risk, and security for our growing fintech platform.

You will work closely with product, engineering, operations, legal and compliance, reporting to executive leadership. This is a hybrid role with potential relocation sponsorship; 3+ years in fintech risk strongly preferred.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of experience across fraud and risk in a tech company.
• Experience in fintech risk and regulatory landscape is a plus.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, product, operations and compliance teams.
• Hands-on approach with the ability to implement solutions and drive results.

Aufgaben

• Fraud: Own end-to-end fraud strategy including detection, investigation and recovery.
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate biggest risks in collaboration with compliance and internal audit.
• Collaborate with engineering heads on data privacy and security.
• Be hands-on and ready to execute to high standards, with potential to grow a small team.
