Job summary

First Circle is hiring a Head of Fraud and Risk to lead strategy and execution across fraud and risk domains. The role reports to executive leadership and is based in the Philippines with hybrid work in Manila.

You will own the end-to-end fraud strategy, oversee monitoring and recovery, and partner with product, engineering, and operations to implement protective solutions. This is an individual contributor role with future team-building potential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience across fraud and risk in a tech company.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Experience with data and analytics tools (e.g. SQL, Python) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end fraud strategy including detection, investigation, and recovery.
• Oversee transaction monitoring, ATO prevention, and fraud modes for the PH market.
• Collaborate with compliance, internal audit, product, engineering, and operations.
• Lead risk management initiatives and partner with cybersecurity on data privacy and security.
• Be hands-on and ready to implement solutions to critical problems.
