MariBank Philippines, Inc. is seeking an experienced Fraud Risk Manager to lead analytics, rule governance, and risk reporting in a fast-paced banking environment.

You will build data-driven insights, supervise authentication rules, and collaborate with Technology on system enhancements to strengthen fraud controls. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in fraud risk within banks, strong SQL, and communication skills in English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Analytics, Statistics, Business or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years in fraud risk management within banking or related industries.
• Strong SQL skills are a must-have.
• Data-driven with ability to deep dive into data and provide insights.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Knowledge of Python or SAS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the fraud data analytics framework aligned with local and industry standards.
• Support Fraud Risk Management in assessing fraud control requirements for products and processes.
• Supervise fraud rules and authentication management for performance.
• Develop a fraud database for monitoring risk trends and control activities.
• Collaborate with Technology Team on fraud-related system enhancements.
• Assist in enhancing policies, fraud risk appetite, and key risk metrics.
• Prepare and provide fraud risk management reports and documentation to stakeholders including regulators.
