Job summary

PayJoy, Inc is hiring a Fraud Operations Analyst to monitor, detect, and investigate fraud across Credit Line and Credit Card products in the Philippines. The role focuses on identifying patterns, supporting mitigation initiatives, and ensuring investigations are managed effectively.

This position requires a Bachelor's degree and 2–4 years in fraud operations, with strong analytical and English communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, Statistics, Criminology, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or related field.
• 2–4 years of fraud operations or digital fraud experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven recommendations.
• Experience with fraud tools, case management systems, dashboards, and operational reporting.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily reviews of fraud alerts and high-risk activity across Credit Line and Credit Card products.
• Investigate fraud cases including identity fraud, account takeovers, and emerging fraud vectors.
• Monitor fraud trends and operational metrics to identify new patterns and control weaknesses.
• Perform manual reviews and customer outreach to validate applications and support investigations.
• Document findings, maintain case records, and escalate suspicious activity promptly.
• Support development and optimization of fraud rules, controls, and processes.
• Prepare fraud performance reports and analytical summaries for decision making.
• Collaborate with Risk, Product, Engineering, Collections, and Operations for improvements.
