Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a Fraud Operations Specialist in Eastwood, Quezon City, hybrid work setup. The role focuses on reviewing chargeback reimbursement claims, following a detailed handbook, and maintaining fast, accurate decisions.

You will file disputes on behalf of Riskified clients, generate compelling evidence, and regularly update dispute results across banking portals to combat fraud. This position offers competitive rewards and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Review Chargeback Reimbursement Claims: Examine claims submitted by Riskified clients and decide on acceptance, rejection, or need for more information.
• Refer to Handbook Guide: Use a handbook with criteria and exceptions to guide decisions.
• Timely Decision-Making: Ensure most cases are decided quickly and efficiently.
• Escalation of Issues: Identify and escalate issues indicating larger operational problems.
• Dispute Filing: File disputes on behalf of Riskified clients to aid fraud prevention.
• Generate Compelling Evidence: Create PDF evidence files from Riskified and upload to banks’ portals.
• Update Dispute Results: Regularly check banks’ sites to update results in Riskified system.

• Review Chargeback Reimbursement Claims: Examine chargeback reimbursement claims submitted by Riskified clients and make informed decisions regarding their acceptance, rejection, or the need for additional information.
• Refer to Handbook Guide: Utilize a comprehensive handbook guide containing criteria and exceptions lists to assist in the decision‑making process.
• Timely Decision-Making: Ensure that decisions on most cases are made quickly, maintaining efficiency and a good sense of urgency.
• Escalation of Issues: Identify and elevate any issues that may indicate larger operational problems, contributing to a proactive approach to risk management.
• Dispute Filing: Take responsibility for filing disputes on behalf of Riskified clients, actively assisting them in their efforts to combat fraudsters and abusers.
• Generate Compelling Evidence: Create compelling Evidence PDF files from the Riskified system and upload them to various banks and financial institutes’ websites or portals.
• Update Dispute Results: Regularly search banks and financial institutes’ websites to collect and update dispute results in the Riskified system, maintaining accurate and up‑to‑date records.
