Job summary

MicroSourcing in Eastwood, Quezon City is seeking a Dispute Resolution Specialist to review chargeback reimbursement claims and make rapid, evidence-based decisions in a hybrid mid-shift role.

You will use a handbook guide, file disputes, generate Evidence PDFs, and update results across banks' portals, supporting risk management and fraud prevention.

Responsibilities

• Review chargeback reimbursement claims submitted by Riskified clients
• Refer to handbook guide containing criteria and exceptions to aid decisions
• Make timely decisions on most cases
• Escalate issues indicating larger operational problems
• Dispute filing on behalf of Riskified clients
• Generate Evidence PDF files from the Riskified system and upload them to banks/financial portals
• Update dispute results by checking banks' websites and updating Riskified system

Your Role

Job Description

• Review Chargeback Reimbursement Claims: Examine chargeback reimbursement claims submitted by Riskified clients and make informed decisions regarding their acceptance, rejection, or the need for additional information.
• Refer to Handbook Guide: Utilize a comprehensive handbook guide containing criteria and exceptions lists to assist in the decision-making process.
• Timely Decision-Making: Ensure that decisions on most cases are made quickly, maintaining efficiency and a good sense of urgency.
• Escalation of Issues: Identify and elevate any issues that may indicate larger operational problems, contributing to a proactive approach to risk management.
• Dispute Filing: Take responsibility for filing disputes on behalf of Riskified clients, actively assisting them in their efforts to combat fraudsters and abusers.
• Generate Compelling Evidence: Create compelling Evidence PDF files from the Riskified system and upload them to various banks and financial institutes' websites or portals.
• Update Dispute Results: Regularly search banks and financial institutes' websites to collect and update dispute results in the Riskified system, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
