Job summary

Ascendion invites a Technical Business & Systems Analyst to bridge Fraud and Compliance business needs with IT system execution. You will drive delivery of new projects while maintaining stability, compliance, and performance of existing operational systems.

The role requires close collaboration with Fraud investigators, Compliance Officers, Legal, and Audit teams to translate regulations into technical requirements, oversee testing, and ensure auditable documentation throughout the project

Qualifications

Experience eliciting complex business needs from regulators and audits.
Ability to analyze feasibility and perform gap analyses.
Experience coordinating cross-functional teams (business, QA, IT).

Responsibilities

Elicit and document complex business needs from new regulations or fraud trends.
Evaluate feasibility and perform gap analysis between current and desired systems.
Serve as primary liaison between business users, development teams, and QA.
Define UAT strategy and manage test plans and defect triage during integration.
Assist in release planning and create operational documentation.
Investigate production incidents related to compliance and data integrity.
Perform RCA and recommend system enhancements to prevent recurrence.
Manage configurations and change control after deployment.
Provide auditable system documentation for auditors.
Monitor compliance timeliness, fraud detection rates, and system stability.
