Job summary

Adaptive Teams is seeking a Fractional Marketing Lead to unify paid ads, SEO, cold email, social, and other channels into a cohesive growth strategy. You will set direction, optimize an existing foundation, and drive measurable results for client brands.

You will work remotely from the Philippines, collaborating with the owner and specialist teams to execute strategy, define KPIs, and push smart, data-driven decisions that move the needle.

• Proven experience leading marketing strategy and driving measurable growth.
• Strong understanding of multi-channel marketing including paid acquisition, SEO, email, and social.
• Ability to connect channels into a unified customer journey and growth plan.
