Job summary

Strategem Ventures Management Inc. in Manila seeks a Supervisor, FP&A to oversee budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting, delivering financial insights to guide strategic decisions.

You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate, timely reporting of financial performance. The ideal candidate has BS Accountancy with 2–4 years of accounting and management reporting experience, CPA preferred, and knowledge of Workday ERP.

Qualifications

• BS Accountancy or related major required or equivalent experience
• CPA preferred
• 2–4 years' experience in accounting and management reporting
• Gaming/hospitality industry experience preferred
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Detail-oriented with good interpersonal skills
• Proactive and able to work independently
• Experience with ERP systems, ideally Workday
• Knowledge of intercompany transactions is a plus

Responsibilities

• Prepare and update budgets and forecasts, coordinating with departments to align with strategic goals
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial reports to show financial health
• Produce ad-hoc financial analyses and projections as needed
• Review internal and external management reporting packages
• Provide insightful analyses on sales, costs, profitability and efficiency
• Perform other related duties as assigned
