Job summary

Cloudstaff is hiring a Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to drive budget, forecasting and board reporting for a multinational, multi-entity setup. You will own capex, intercompany allocations and cash flow forecasting, partnering with executives across several currencies.

The role requires CPA, 8+ years of FP&A or accounting experience, and a track record of managing finance teams within a dynamic, enterprise environment. Work from the office in a fast-growing group.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• CPA with active license or accreditation.
• 8+ years' experience in management accounting, FP&A or financial reporting.
• Experience supervising an accounting or finance team.
• Multinational, multi-entity experience with intercompany transactions and multiple currencies.

Responsibilities

• Own the operating and capex build, challenge cost assumptions and headcount-driven costs across entities.
• Own monthly management accounts and Board reporting packs.
• Review balance sheet positions, reconciliations and movements.
• Own cashflow reporting and forecasting, including liquidity commentary.
• Lead cost-benefit analyses and business cases for investments and change initiatives.
• Oversee intercompany cost allocations and reconciliations across currencies.
• Support sustainability reporting and audit readiness.
