Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Management or Statistics.
• 3–5 years in a call center environment with at least 1 year in analytics.

Responsibilities

• Direct & coordinate all aspects of financial planning, budgeting & forecasting across accounts/geography assigned.
• Manage and lead the forecasting call for your respective accounts/geography.
• Consolidate annual budget, monthly & quarterly forecast, month-end closing, and rolling forecasts.
• Drive variance analysis to reduce revenue leakage and improve profitability.
• Develop financial and operational reporting (bill to pay, span ratio, headcount, shrinkage, attrition).
• Perform adhoc business analysis as needed.
• Aim for forecasting accuracy within +/-5%.
