Job summary

John Clements Consultants, Inc. is seeking a capable FP&A professional in Metro Manila to support planning, forecasting, and management reporting for our manufacturing operations.

You will prepare financial schedules, consolidate results, and contribute to executive reviews with clear insights. The role requires a Bachelor's in Finance/Accounting/Economics, 2–4 years in finance or FP&A, experience with SAP or similar systems, strong Excel, and proficiency in Power BI/Tableau.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 2–4 years in finance, accounting, or FP&A, preferably in a multinational.
• Experience supporting financial planning, forecasting, management reporting, or financial analysis.
• Familiarity with manufacturing financial concepts (P&L, margin, cost participation).
• ERP/planning system experience (SAP, BIA/B4P/HANA, OneStream or similar).
• Strong Excel; Power Query, VBA, or financial modeling is a plus.
• Power BI or Tableau for data visualization.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Support Forecast, Annual Operating Plan (AOP), and Long-Range Planning (LRP) for assigned Segments and Operating Units.
• Prepare planning templates, financial schedules, analyses, and executive review materials.
• Coordinate financial system updates, consolidations, and planning submissions.
• Support planning governance by monitoring timelines and deliverables.
• Prepare recurring management reporting, EBITDA bridges, KPIs, dashboards, and financial reporting deliverables.
• Consolidate results and perform variance analysis against forecast, budget, and prior year.
• Identify trends and provide analytical support during monthly business reviews.
• Support reporting for productivity initiatives, savings programs, and working capital metrics.
• Ensure outputs are accurate, standardized, and timely.
