Xerox Holdings Corporation in Cebu City seeks an Analyst II, Financial Planning & Analysis to support its Finance operations in the Philippines. You will help ensure accurate financial reporting, effective general ledger management, and compliance with US GAAP and local statutory requirements.

You will collaborate with finance teams to support timely close, balance sheet reviews, audits, and statutory reporting. Bachelor's degree in Accounting with 3–5 years of relevant experience is required.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field; CPA preferred.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS.
• Excellent analytic and problem-solving skills; attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Manage general ledger activities including pre-close and month-end closing.
• Perform balance sheet reviews, reconciliations, and variance analyses.
• Prepare financial reports and balance sheet review packages with explanations.
