Job summary

Xerox Philippines is seeking an Analyst II, Financial Planning & Analysis to support its Finance operations in Cebu City, Philippines. You will help ensure accurate financial reporting, effective general ledger management, and compliance with US GAAP and local statutory requirements.

You will collaborate with finance teams and stakeholders to support timely financial close activities, balance sheet reviews, audits, and statutory reporting, while expanding your technical accounting and analytical

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or related field required; CPA preferred.
Knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS with reconciliation experience.
Experience with SAP and financial reporting tools.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Manage general ledger activities including pre-close and month-end closing and balance sheet reconciliations.
Conduct balance sheet reviews, variances analyses, and prepare financial reports.
Support statutory reporting, tax computations, and audit activities.
Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely financial deliverables.
