Job summary

Xerox Holdings Corporation is hiring an Analyst II, Financial Planning & Analysis to support its Cebu City operations. The role focuses on accurate financial reporting, GL management, and compliance with US GAAP and local requirements.

You will collaborate with finance teams to support timely close activities, audits, and statutory reporting, while expanding your skills in accounting controls and financial analysis.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in auditing, general ledger accounting, or financial reporting.
• Working knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS.
• Experience using SAP and MS Office.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) qualification is preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage general ledger activities, including pre-close and month-end closing processes, trial balance reviews, debit and credit validations, and accounting controls in accordance with US GAAP.
• Conduct balance sheet reviews, reconciliations, and fluctuation analyses to identify significant variances and resolve items.
• Prepare financial reports and balance sheet review packages with supporting reconciliations and explanations of movements.
• Support statutory financial reporting, corporate income tax computations, audits, and tax filings per local regulations and deadlines.
• Coordinate with internal finance teams, auditors, and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of financial deliverables.

You will collaborate with finance teams and stakeholders to support timely financial close activities, balance sheet reviews, audits, and statutory reporting.

What Youll Do:

• Manage general ledger activities, including pre-close and month-end closing processes, trial balance reviews, debit and credit validations, and accounting controls in accordance with US GAAP.

• Prepare financial reports and balance sheet review packages, including account details, supporting reconciliations, and explanations of financial movements.
• Support statutory financial reporting, corporate income tax computations, audit activities, and required financial statement and tax filings in accordance with local regulations and deadlines.
• Collaborate with internal finance teams, auditors, and stakeholders to coordinate reporting requirements, address accounting matters, and support timely completion of financial deliverables.

What You Need to Succeed:

• Bachelors degree in Accountancy or a related accounting discipline, with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in auditing, general ledger accounting, or financial reporting.
• Working knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS, including accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and reconciliation processes.
• Experience using Microsoft Office applications, SAP, and other accounting or financial reporting tools.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial information, identify discrepancies, and recommend appropriate resolutions.
• Effective communication, collaboration, organizational, and time management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities. Certified Public Accountant (CPA) qualification is preferred.
