Job summary

The Laguna Creamery Inc. is seeking a Finance Planning and Analysis Staff in Laguna, Philippines to support the Commercial team's planning and decision-making with accurate, timely sales reports.

You will prepare daily and monthly sales reports, consolidate subsidiaries' sales data, reconcile consignment sales, and generate ad hoc reports as requested, leveraging your accounting or business background and MS Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Accounting/ Management accounting graduate or any Business-related course.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel
• At least 1 year work experience
• With FMCG background
• Adaptable
• Keen to details
• Proactive
• Good oral and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Preparation of reports to support Commercial team, such as:
• Daily and Monthly Sales Report
• Consolidation of sales report of all subsidiaries
• Reconciliation of consignment sales
• Ad Hoc reports as requested by Commercial Team
