Job summary

Connext Global Solutions is seeking a skilled FP&A Analyst (Dynamics Nav) to own budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and management reporting for a US client. This role builds driver-based models, 13-week cash forecasts, and 12-month projections, translating data into actionable insights for executives.

You will partner with accounting and leadership to develop KPI dashboards and support fundraising and due diligence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Five (5) years or more progressive FP&A, corporate finance, or related experience.
• Experience with US Accounting financial statements and US GAAP.

Responsibilities

• Own annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes.
• Build and maintain driver-based annual budget models.
• Develop 13-week cash-flow forecasts and rolling 12-month, three-statement forecasts.
• Forecast revenue, gross margin, COGS, operating expenses, cash flow, and other key financial drivers.
• Build scenario analyses to support cash runway, fundraising, growth, and resource allocation decisions.
• Analyze financial performance, trends, gross margins, COGS, and operating drivers.
• Prepare monthly budget-versus-actual reporting with variance commentary.
• Develop financial and operational KPI dashboards.
• Build segment P&Ls and profitability analyses across business channels.
• Translate complex financial information into actionable recommendations for leadership.
• Partner with Accounting to ensure accurate financial information flows from month-end close into forecasting.
