Job summary

S&P Global Market Intelligence in the Philippines is seeking an Analyst to perform financial analysis and deliver actionable insights that inform business decisions. You will partner with Financial Analysis & Planning Managers to analyze actual results vs forecast, identify key variances, and update forecasts for SPDJI functions using AI tools to improve efficiency.

Qualifications

Finance or accounting degree is required.
3+ years in finance or accounting with experience in analysis, forecasting or FP&A preferred.
Strong organization and detail orientation are essential.
Excellent written and verbal communication with clients and management.
Hands-on experience using LLMs to support analysis, documentation or workflow automation.

Responsibilities

Analyze actual results vs estimate and explain drivers.
Develop and update forecasts in partnership with FP&A Managers.
Deliver insights to support management reporting and quarterly reviews.
Build financial models and ad hoc analyses for strategic decisions.
Support monthly close and estimate processes with journal entries and reconciliations.
Identify opportunities to streamline reporting and automate processes.
