hammerjack Pty Ltd in the Philippines seeks an FP&A professional to turn data into decision-making. You will extract, cleanse, structure financial and operational data, and produce recurring management reports to support leadership with timely insights.

This hybrid role requires 2x onsite weekly in Makati, with exposure to Excel, Power Query, Power BI, and Anaplan for budgeting and forecasting. You will collaborate with the finance team to improve reporting models and provide clear variance

Formación

• 3–5 years FP&A / management reporting or similar analytical finance role.
• Strong Excel data manipulation, pivot tables, lookups, and structured reporting.
• Experience in Anaplan and other budgeting/forecasting tools.
• Ability to validate and reconcile large datasets; Power Query and Power BI exposure desirable.
• Experience preparing management reports and analysing performance vs budget/forecast/prior year.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and manipulate data from multiple systems with reconciliations and controls.
• Produce weekly and monthly reports, dashboards, and packs covering income, expenses, EBITDA, and KPIs.
• Analyse variances vs budget/forecast/prior year and draft data-driven commentary.
• Support budgeting and forecasting with scenario analysis and inputs consolidation.
• Improve reporting models with Excel, Power Query, and automation.

Work Setup: Hybrid - 2x a week onsite in Makati

Role Overview

Own the data behind confident financial decisions. You’ll extract, cleanse, and structure financial and operational data, produce recurring management reports, analyse variances, and maintain well-controlled reporting models—supporting, not replacing, senior finance judgement.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and manipulate data: Extract, cleanse, map, and validate data from multiple systems, maintaining reconciliations, control checks, and clear documentation.

• Produce management reporting: Deliver weekly and monthly reports, dashboards, and reporting packs covering income, expenses, EBITDA, and operational KPIs.

• Analyse variances: Compare actuals against budget, forecast, and prior year, flagging material movements and drafting commentary supported by data.

• Support budgeting and forecasting: Consolidate and validate inputs, maintain planning templates, and prepare scenario analysis and sensitivities.

• Improve reporting models: Maintain Excel and Power Query models with strong controls, and standardise and automate recurring workflows, including Power BI where appropriate.

Skills & Experience

• 3–5 years of experience in FP&A, management reporting, commercial finance, or a similar analytical finance role

• Strong Excel skills, including data manipulation, pivot tables, lookups, logical formulas, and structured reporting models.

• Experience in Anaplan and other budgeting/forecasting tools.

• Practical experience preparing management reports and analysing performance against budget, forecast, or prior year.

• Ability to validate and reconcile large or imperfect datasets; Power Query and Power BI exposure is desirable.
