Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience, including startup exposure.
• Strong full-stack development skills and system design fundamentals.
• Comfort with ambiguity and shifting priorities.
• Excellent communication and ownership mindset.
• Track record of shipping and scaling products independently.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and ship core product features from the ground up.
• Make key architectural and technical decisions with long-term impact.
