Advantage HQ is seeking a Strategic Projects Lead to work directly with the Founder and own the company’s highest-priority initiatives. You will translate ambiguous problems into clear plans and drive them to completion across teams, from scoping and research to execution and review.

This role sits at the intersection of strategy and operations. You are the Founder’s force multiplier: protecting their time, sharpening decisions, and ensuring what you set in motion ships.

Qualifications

• 3–6+ years in strategy, consulting, operations, chief-of-staff or startup roles.
• Led complex cross-functional projects with measurable impact.
• Analytical with ability to turn messy data into decisions or plans.
• Strong writer and communicator, able to present thinking to leaders with clarity.
• thrives in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments with shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

• Own cross-functional initiatives from the Founder’s agenda end to end, with defined objectives, owners, timelines and success metrics.
• Run the Office of the Founder: weekly priorities, meeting agendas, follow-ups, and decision logs.
• Conduct market scans, competitive reviews, process audits and financial analysis informing strategic decisions.
• Prepare briefing materials, board/investor updates, and internal communications for the Founder.
• Identify risks and blockers and bring solutions to clear obstacles blocking progress.
• Build repeatable systems, playbooks and dashboards for scalable initiatives.
• Apply AI fluency to research, analysis and automation of recurring work.
