Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Generalist programming in Go, Python, or TypeScript
• Backend services design, implementation, testing, deployment, and operation
• Debugging production systems and incident response
• Operational fluency with Linux, containers, and observability tooling
• Experience in forward deployed/embedded customer-facing roles in restricted environments

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and extend features for customer missions and environments
• Collaborate with customer users and Arlington specialists to scope and deliver work
• Write testable, debuggable code suitable for restricted environments
• Meet security standards for classified environments with auditable practices
• Drive deployment, monitoring, and incident response in air-gapped setups
• Contribute to product engineering by surfacing field patterns to core platform
