Job summary

Global International Brand is seeking a driven Forex Partner Relationship Manager to join our Bangsar South team. You will manage and grow a portfolio of clients via email and phone, handle new leads daily, and promote our financial products with a focus on excellent service.

The role requires a Bachelor's Degree or Diploma, fluency in English and Malay, strong communication, and the ability to work independently.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in any field.
• Client handling experience in financial services is a plus.
• Excellent English and Malay (oral and written).

The main responsibilities of the position include:

• Managing and growing a portfolio of clients via email and phone calls
• Handling new client leads on a daily basis
• Promoting available products and services to clients
• Actively following up on queries and providing feedback to customers in a timely manner

• Developing and maintaining excellent relationships with prospective and existing clients

Main Requirements:
