Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management Inc. is seeking a Boiler Operations Supervisor to oversee daily boiler operations in Guyong, Sta. Maria, Bulacan. The role requires licensed engineering credentials and a track record of boiler-focused experience.

Responsibilities include supervising operations, coordinating maintenance, and leading cross-functional teams to sustain safe, efficient plant performance. Strong analytical and leadership skills are essential, with emphasis on safety and reporting.

Qualifications

• Registered/Licensed Engineer required, Mechanical degree preferred.
• 2–3 years of relevant technical experience, with at least 2 years in boiler operations.
• Deep boiler systems knowledge; coal-fired/chain grate familiarity advantageous.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, leadership and cross-team coordination abilities.

*Key Responsibilities*

• *Operations Supervision*: Supervise daily boiler operations to guarantee safe, steady, and highly efficient performance
• *Manpower Management*: Oversee team scheduling and delegate daily work assignments effectively
• *Maintenance Coordination*: Assist in planning and coordinating essential daily maintenance activities
• *Safety & Monitoring*: Monitor boiler performance continuously and enforce strict compliance with workplace safety standards
• *Troubleshooting*: Support rapid troubleshooting and implement quick, effective corrective actions when issues arise
• *Reporting*: Analyze operational data and prepare comprehensive performance and operational reports
• *Cross-Functional Teamwork*: Coordinate closely with the Maintenance and Production departments to maintain seamless plant workflows

*Qualifications & Experience*

• *License*: Registered/Licensed Engineer (Mechanical Engineering degree is highly preferred)
• *Experience*: Minimum of 2–3 years of relevant technical work experience. At least 2 years of dedicated experience focusing on boiler operations
• *Technical Knowledge*: Deep understanding of boiler systems (strong familiarity with Coal-Fired / Chain Grate Boilers is a major advantage)
• *Core Skills*: Strong analytical ability for operational data, sharp troubleshooting skills, and excellent leadership, communication, and cross-team coordination abilities

Salary: *₱23,000 – ₱27,000* (Negotiable depending on experience)
