The successful candidate will oversee commercial and surveying aspects of various construction projects, including plumbing and mechanical systems. A Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, coupled with 5 to 10 years of experience, is essential for this role.

Qualifications

• 5 to 10 years of experience in mechanical engineering or related fields.
• Strong background in managing surveying and commercial aspects of construction projects.
• Proficiency in CAD software.

Responsibilities

• Assist in shop drawings of plumbing and mechanical systems.
• Request balance materials, specifically valves and accessories.
• Coordinate with Project in Charge Engineer for materials requests.
• Supervise skilled workers and monitor daily accomplishments at the project site.
• Supervision of manpower and materials balance at site.

The Mechanical Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for the overall day to day management of the commercial and surveying aspects of new build, refurb and design and build projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist in Shop drawing of plumbing, Fire Protection & Mechanical System.
• Request of balance materials especially valves & accessories
• Coordinate Project in Charge Engineer for materials request balance
• Highlighted plan progress and accomplishments.
• Attend weekly coordination meeting as needed.
• Material request Monitoring.
• Supervision of skilled workers (Manpower Dispatching Daily)
• Monitoring of Daily and weekly targeted accomplishment at the project site.
• Education: Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineer
• Experience: 5 to 10 years experience
