Responsibilities

• Prepare the football field before trainings, games, and events.
• Set up and arrange field equipment such as goals, cones, and markers.
• Check and maintain the condition of the artificial turf.
• Manage and monitor football equipment and ensure proper storage after use.
• Conduct basic field maintenance such as brushing the turf.
• Ensure safety standards are followed at all times.
• Coordinate with coaches and staff regarding field schedules.
• Report any damages, hazards, or equipment issues.

Qualifications

• With 1–2 years of experience in sports facility operations or related work is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of football field setup and equipment.
• Physically fit and able to perform field preparation tasks.
