Job summary

PRIMESEARCH SERVICE PROVIDER CORPORATION is seeking a friendly front-of-house team member to support daily operations in a busy store in Pasig, Metro Manila.

You will take orders, handle payments, assist customers, maintain a clean counter area, and coordinate with the service crew to deliver pizzas, drinks, and other items promptly. The role emphasizes accuracy, courtesy, and teamwork in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Order processing: greet customers, take food and beverage orders, and enter them into the POS system.
• Payment handling: collect cash, credit cards, or vouchers, give correct change, and balance the cash drawer at the end of the shift.
• Customer service: answer basic menu questions, promote ongoing store or food deals, and resolve simple customer concerns with a polite attitude.
• Counter & Area Upkeep: keep the register station clean, sanitized, stocked with supplies, and organized.
• Team Coordination: work closely with food service crew members to ensure quick delivery of items like pizzas, bakes, and drinks to customers.
