Dempsey Resource Management Inc. is seeking a Sales professional in the Philippines to prospect, acquire, and manage accounts within the assigned area. You will work to maintain strong customer relationships, promote Hicaps products, and ensure pricing discipline while collecting payments according to policy.

The role requires at least 2 years of sales experience; knowledge of the food industry is an advantage, with strong negotiation and communication skills essential for success.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• prospecting, zoning and acquiring new accounts within the assigned area.
• Maintaining good relationships with existing and new accounts by providing high-quality services and products.
• Promote Hicaps new and existing products and services and new applications as developed.
• Ensure pricing strategy is applied to customers in the assigned area.
• Collect payments for all sales invoices and ensure timely remittance per company policy.
• Support other team members in other areas as needed.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to execute campaigns (social media, digital marketing, CRM, market research).
• Collaborate with product development to provide customer feedback for introduction and development.
• Submit reports: monthly sales, weekly route plan, progress, etc.
