Job summary

Red Ribbon Bakeshop, Inc. seeks a Food Safety and Quality Specialist to oversee QA activities in our food manufacturing environment in Cagayan de Oro. You will manage quality docs, compliance records, complaints and CAPAs, and drive improvements based on audits.

The role requires a hands-on, detail-oriented professional with GMP, HACCP, ISO knowledge and the ability to work 70% on the plant floor and 30% in the office, on a full onsite schedule.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Food Technology, Chemistry, Biology, Chemical Engineering or related science.
• 1–2 years QA experience in food manufacturing; FMCG or pharma is a plus.
• Detail-oriented, process-driven, collaborative with good interpersonal skills.
• Knowledgeable in GMP, HACCP, FSSC, ISO standards, food analysis, and quality auditing.
• Willing to work 30% office and 70% plant-based setup.
• Amenable to shifting schedules in Cagayan De Oro (Full Onsite).

Responsibilities

• Audit and monitor compliance with food safety standards.
• Maintain quality documentation, including complaints, investigations, and CAPAs.
• Lead process improvements based on audit findings and trends.
• Provide GMP/GWP/GLP/HACCP training as needed and support benchmarking.
