Job summary

Private Advertiser in the Philippines seeks a Food QA Auditor to lead internal audits and ensure FSMS compliance across production sites. You will develop audit plans, identify non-conformities, and collaborate with teams to implement corrective actions.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Engineering, or related field, with 1–3 years in food manufacturing, QA, or auditing, and strong knowledge of FSSC 22000, ISO 22000, HACCP, GMP, and PRPs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Food Science or related field; 1–3 years in food manufacturing or auditing.
• Strong knowledge of FSSC 22000 Version 6/7, ISO 22000, HACCP, GMP and PRPs.
• FSSC 22000 Internal Auditor/Lead Auditor certification or training preferred.
• Experience in internal auditing, CAPA management, non-conformity handling, and training staff.

Responsibilities

• Conduct internal audits based on FSSC 22000 Version 6/7, ISO 22000, HACCP, GMP, and PRPs, and assess FSMS compliance.
• Prepare audit plans, checklists, and reports; identify non-conformities, risks, and process gaps.
• Monitor CAPA, coordinate with departments on corrective actions, and ensure timely and effective closure of findings.
• Conduct food safety and FSMS training for employees and support continuous improvement and certification readiness.
