Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management is seeking an experienced Supervisor for our manufacturing division in Valenzuela, Metro Manila. You will oversee production teams, manage schedules, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

The ideal candidate has a degree in Industrial Engineering or Manufacturing, at least one year in a supervisory role, and familiarity with printing and packaging processes, GHP and ISO/FSSC/FDA guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
• At least 1 year in supervisory position.
• Experience in the printing and packaging industry is an advantage.
• Strong supervisory skills and production management experience.
• Knowledge in the implementation of GHP, 15022000, ISO TS22002-4:2018, FSSC22000 v5.1, FDA guidelines and other related standards related to Food Safety preferred.
• Ability to manage and adhere to Production Schedules and Production Planning.
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of industry standards and safety protocols.
• Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
