Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in food manufacturing, processing, or quality assurance.
• Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and Food Safety Systems (FSSC/ISO).
• Ability to analyze technical data and interpret laboratory results.
• Strong problem-solving skills and proficiency in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to Production, QA, and R&D teams in day-to-day plant operations.
• Prepare and maintain technical documents such as product data sheets, COAs, SOPs, and regulatory submissions.
• Monitor key technical KPIs (yield, defects, shelf-life results, processing parameters).
• Ensure adherence to GMP, HACCP, FSSC, and other applicable certifications.
• Manual inspection of items
