Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management is seeking a Production Supervisor/Manager in Pasig, Philippines. The role oversees Bread, Bakery, Cake, Pastry, Food Line, Dispatching, Distribution and Portering to ensure timely, quality and cost-efficient output.

You will lead production shifts and work closely with the Operations Manager. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 5+ years in manufacturing/production operations, with 2–3 years in a supervisory role and preferred experience

• Bachelor's degree in relevant engineering/tech field.
• 2-3 years in supervisory or managerial capacity.
• 5+ years in manufacturing or production operations.

Responsibilities

• Support Operations Manager in directing Production across Bread, Bakery, Cake, Pastry, Food Line, Dispatching, Distribution and Portering.
• Ensure production targets meet the right quality, food safety, and cost objectives.
