Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management Inc. in Pasig is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to support the Operations Manager across bread, bakery, cake, pastry and related food lines. You will help ensure timely production, quality, food safety, and cost efficiency.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 5 years in manufacturing with 2–3 years in a supervisory capacity; experience in FMCG is preferred. On-site work, 6 days per week, shift rotations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing or production operations.
• 2–3 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
• Experience in food manufacturing, FMCG, or similar production environments is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Operations Manager for the overall directions and management of Production including Bread, Bakery, Cake, Pastry, Food Line, Dispatching, Distribution and Portering.
• Provide leadership so Production can meet right time, right quality, food safety and best cost objectives.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Food Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Operations Management, or related field
