You will collaborate with production, procurement, QA/QC, and marketing to improve existing lines, ensure HACCP/GMP compliance, and drive new product commercialization while maintaining

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Microbiology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a food technology or product development role.
• Strong understanding of food chemistry, microbiology, and quality control principles.
• Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and regulatory compliance.
• Experience with sensory evaluation and analytical testing.
• Ability to analyze data and drive product improvements.

Responsibilities

• Design and formulate new food products or modify existing recipes from lab-scale trials to commercial mass production
• Evaluate and improve manufacturing processes, equipment parameters, and packaging techniques to maximize factory efficiency and reduce costs
• Monitor and enforce Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) across the production line
• Conduct physical, chemical, and sensory evaluations (taste, texture, smell) to verify shelf-life expectations and nutritional values for labeling
• Work closely with production, procurement, and QA/QC teams to troubleshoot manufacturing defects and evaluate raw material suppliers
• Perform sensory evaluations, physical and chemical analyses, and microbiological testing to ensure food safety and quality
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including chefs, procurement, and marketing, to develop and commercialize new food products
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and industry standards
• Provide technical support and training to production and culinary teams
• Monitor the use of additives and identify and choose products from suppliers
