Confidential is seeking an Engineering Technician to monitor, troubleshoot, and repair refrigeration, steam, compressed air, and power systems in our Cebu manufacturing facility.

You will perform preventive and predictive maintenance, collect equipment data, and support continuous improvement while ensuring safety and compliance with SOPs. Must be able to lift 20 kg and work onsite in Danao, Cebu.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or equivalent, preferably in Industrial Technology.
• At least 1 year of experience in the food manufacturing industry.
• Experience in maintenance across production and utility equipment: conveyors, boilers and auxiliaries, compressed air, wastewater/water treatment facilities.
• Proficiency in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing work.

Responsabilités

• Monitor, troubleshoot, repair refrigeration, steam, compressed air, and power systems.
• Provide mechanical technical services for installation of production, utility and support equipment.
• Gather equipment specs and data for preventive maintenance programs and histories.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance, and prepare data for benchmarking and analysis.
• Conduct corrective maintenance and failure analysis; support load testing and equipment installation.
• Suggest and implement continuous improvements to maximize production efficiency.
• Prioritize safety and ensure operations stay within SOPs and maintenance plans.
