Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Environmental Engineering.
• At least 3 years of experience in facilities, machines, and equipment maintenance.
• Background in supervising STP/Wastewater systems within a food manufacturing environment is an advantage.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and skilled in troubleshooting industrial equipment such as pumps, blowers, and motors.
• Open to work on a shifting schedule, 6 days per week

Responsibilities

• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance of production equipment, facilities, machines, and tools
• Supervise plant technicians and manage day-to-day maintenance operations
• Ensure proper operation and compliance of the Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) with environmental regulations
• Implement safety standards and maintenance schedules to minimize downtime
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support continuous plant operations
