Job summary

Gold Label Resources Incorporated is seeking an experienced maintenance engineer to keep noodle and pasta machines running smoothly. You will troubleshoot PLC‑controlled equipment, sensors, VFDs, and motors, read electrical diagrams, and collaborate with Production, Maintenance, and QA/QC to prevent recurrence of issues.

The role requires a minimum of 5 years in manufacturing, a relevant engineering degree, and readiness to work in Guiguinto, Bulacan, on shifts as needed.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years in manufacturing or production engineering.
• Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Can fix automated machines and PLC‑controlled equipment.
• Knows PLC, HMI, sensors, VFDs, and motors.
• Can read electrical and control diagrams.
• Good at solving problems.
• Willing to work in Guiguinto, Bulacan and on shifts when needed.

Responsibilities

• Check how well our machines and production are running.
• Fix machine problems (PLC, sensors, motors, VFDs).
• Find the cause of problems and stop them from coming back.
• Make our work process better, and work with Production, Maintenance, and QA/QC.
