Job summary

Bravo Ventures Inc. is looking for a Food Attendant / Service Crew to support daily store operations in Cavite City. You will assist customers, handle transactions, prepare and present food and drinks, and ensure cleanliness and food safety standards.

This role welcomes fresh graduates and applicants with or without prior experience. You should communicate effectively, deliver quality service, and adapt to a fast-paced environment, including shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Open to fresh graduates and applicants with or without prior work experience.
• Experience in food service, retail, hospitality, or customer-facing roles is an advantage but not required.
• Able to communicate effectively and provide quality customer service.
• Willing to learn and adapt to operational requirements.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays as required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with orders, inquiries, and service requests.
• Process cash and cashless transactions accurately.
• Prepare and assemble food and beverage items according to company standards.
• Ensure product quality, consistency, and proper presentation.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, dining areas, equipment, and utensils.
• Replenish ingredients, supplies, and other operational requirements as needed.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures.
• Support opening and closing activities and other daily operational tasks.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient store operations.
