Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management is seeking a Marketing Leader in Metro Manila to develop and execute strategies for food brands. You will plan product launches, seasonal campaigns, and promotional calendars, while conducting market research to guide decisions and collaborating with Sales to drive revenue.

You will oversee brand messaging across channels, analyse campaign data, manage agency relationships, and support pricing and positioning strategies to grow market share.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
• 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in food or beverage.
• Strong understanding of brand management and consumer marketing principles.
• Experience with campaign planning, product launches, and market analysis.
• Ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong project management and organizational abilities.
• Familiarity with digital marketing channels and performance metrics.
• Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative thinking with commercial awareness.

Responsibilities
