Job summary

Fredley Group of Companies in the Philippines is seeking a Marketing Assistant to support the Marketing Manager in planning and executing campaigns, manage daily admin tasks, and help track performance metrics. You will assist with promotions, collaborate with the design team, and ensure brand standards across channels.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year in marketing or social media, strong communication, and the ability to work under pressure.

Qualifications

• Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in marketing, content creation, or social media management.
• Food & beverage or retail marketing experience is a plus.
• Learn and adhere to brand standards and marketing practices.
• Strong written and verbal communication, creativity in campaigns, familiarity with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok.
• Work well under pressure, both individually and in a team.
• Excellent project management and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Marketing Manager to develop and execute plans.
• Manage daily admin tasks to keep the Marketing department running smoothly.
• Create reports on marketing and sales metrics, such as conversion rates.
• Assist with organizing promotions and events.
• Collaborate with Design team to produce marketing materials.
• Maintain records of marketing metrics and campaign results.
• Prepare regular sales forecasting reports.
• Monitor competitors' marketing activities.
